Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a field of computer science focused on creating systems and programs that can perform tasks requiring human intelligence.
These tasks include:

• speech and image recognition,
• text translation,
• decision-making,
• learning from data (machine learning).

AI can be divided into two main types:

1. Weak (Narrow) AI — performs specific tasks (e.g., voice assistants, spam filters).
2. Strong AI — can think and learn like a human (still theoretical and does not exist yet).

AI is widely used in daily life — in smartphones, online shopping, navigation, banking, and even healthcare.
